Our motto is, “We do not get paid unless the employer saves money.” To achieve this, the sales leaders will work directly with the product leaders to help Employers, Brokers, and TPAs sign onto the programs.

Tap into the product leaders’ collective expertise. Penetrate the broker and employer groups with follow-up meetings to partner with the product and leadership team to close the deal.
This position will start as commission-only with extraordinary income potential based on an exceptional commission structure, ongoing account management payments, plus Annual Stock Options.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for finding new clients (Employers and Brokers) and setting up meetings with Aphora Health Product owners to sign on to our products and services.
Generate leads and identify potential clients.
Prospecting through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and calling and appointments.
Collect information, conduct assessments of clients’ healthcare coverage situations, and provide recommendations with solutions.
Work closely with healthcare benefits managers and brokers to identify the benefits of each product.
Educate clients about Aphora Health products.
Prepare and present quotes to clients, explaining the details and benefits of each option working with the product manager.
Provides clients with advice on how to lower their healthcare costs by exploring options and discussing the budget.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
5-7+ years of a proven insurance producer and/or broker history.
Experience working with mid-sized to large employee groups ranging from 300 – 10,000+.
Experience selling and servicing a variety of employee benefits accounts, including self-funded (Medical, Dental, HSA, FSA).
Passion for and demonstrated ability to present, persuade, and eventually secure the sale.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated with a desire to take advantage of new opportunities. A current and active client portfolio is a plus.
Candidates must possess strong organizational skills and be highly process-focused and meticulous.
Prior experience working with an Independent Brokerage firm, Agency, or Healthcare Consulting firm.
Technical Requirements:
MS Office experience: Outlook Intermediate to Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, ability to sort data sets), Word, Intermediate PowerPoint (develop/enhance presentations).
Education:
4-year degree preferred
Equivalent industry experience is acceptable.
