About Reggie Faulkner

Reggie Faulkner, PharmD, MBA, serves as Chief Pharmacy Officer at Aphora Health. He brings decades of leadership experience in hospital pharmacy operations, with a focus on advancing clinical pharmacy services, enhancing medication safety, and driving cost control strategies. His expertise spans drug security, regulatory compliance, staffing optimization, and pharmacy revenue growth.

Before joining Aphora, Reggie was Senior Vice President of Pharmacy Operations at Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, where he oversaw pharmacy performance across a national network of hospitals and health systems. His career began as a clinical pharmacist with Owen Healthcare in Houston, Texas, and has since included leadership roles as a hospital pharmacy director, regional compliance and regulatory director, and SVP overseeing pharmacy operations for over 100 facilities in 20 states. These have included academic medical centers, community and metro hospitals, critical access hospitals, oncology centers, pediatric facilities, infusion centers, and both retail and specialty pharmacies.

Reggie remains committed to clinical excellence, continuing to practice part-time as a hospital pharmacist to stay grounded in day-to-day clinical operations. He has also contributed to public health and education as a member of a county board of health, pharmacy school preceptor, and guest lecturer. He was recognized as National Director of the Year by a former employer for outstanding leadership.

He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell University in Buies Creek, North Carolina, and his MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.

Reggie lives in Mooresville, North Carolina, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, hiking, golf, travel, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
