Employees are more likely to trust a message when it comes from a sender they recognize. Sending from your company domain can also help reduce issues with blocked images, external-sender warnings, and link-security prompts.

Option 2

We send emails to your employees through our third-party messenger system, Constant Contact.

Best for: Employers who cannot create an internal Aphora email address.

Aphora can send the campaign through Constant Contact. Before launch, we’ll work with your IT or cybersecurity team to confirm that emails are delivered properly and display as intended.

Because the emails come from an external domain, some inboxes may show an external-sender label, block images, or convert videos into links or thumbnails. Testing helps us understand what your employees will see before the campaign launches.

You do it yourself; Aphora provides the campaign kit.

Best for: Employers who want to keep communications inside their existing internal channels.

Your team sends the campaign through the platforms employees already know, while Aphora provides the materials and recommended timing.

This option gives you the most control over formatting, sender identity, and internal approvals. It also places more of the execution work on your team, because you would be responsible for building the emails in your own platform, sending them, and making sure each message reaches the right employee audience.
