Dental Procedures

Millions of Americans are choosing to travel for dental care.

Why? The main reason is affordability. National dental expenditures in the United States are around $130 billion a year and growing. You could save as much as 90% compared to what you would pay in the United States. It is cheaper to fly and stay overseas than to book the same procedure at home.

The relationship between oral health and overall health is apparent and dental problems impact quality of life. There are about 61 dentists per 100,000 population in the U.S., so many people are experiencing significant wait times to get the care they need to stay healthy.

Why is Destination Dental thriving?

The quality of dental and health care overseas can be as good as, or even better than, comparable care in the States. In many countries, dentists often hold both local and U.S. licenses.

What patients are discovering is that dental care is not only more affordable, but a much better overall experience. Countries like Costa Rica have an incredible tourism infrastructure that caters to international tourists and the weather is warm all year round.

At Aphora Health, we have partnered with only the best dental clinics and specialists, so you can travel with confidence knowing that you will receive the excellent and compassionate care you deserve while enjoying your exotic destination location.
